When you contact us
The form collects your name, email, selected topic and message, plus company, deadline and budget if you provide them. FormSubmit processes the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. We use it to assess and respond to your request and discuss possible work. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a service.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, private recordings or sensitive business records through the form. Ask us to arrange an appropriate exchange if your inquiry requires them.
Hosting, downloads and analytics
Netlify serves the website and its download redirect and event endpoints. Hosting providers handle request information such as IP address, browser details and requested resources. Installer files are delivered through GitHub, which receives the download request.
The live site uses Google Analytics to understand website use. Where that existing installation is available, site events describe service-link clicks, form starts, accepted submissions, submission errors and product download actions. The event code added to this site sends fixed offer and placement categories; it does not send form answers, email addresses, audio or transcript contents. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect device and usage information according to its configuration.
The download-event endpoint records the product version and button placement. A download click does not establish installation, first use or purchase. This website does not add telemetry to the desktop product.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use a direct email channel instead of the form. Provider services may process information in countries outside your own.
Retention and requests
Inquiry messages may remain in our email correspondence and relevant engagement records. Provider log and analytics retention depend on their service and account settings; a fixed retention period is not represented here. Email us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We will assess your request, verify the relevant record and explain any applicable constraints.

The desktop product’s processing and retention options are described on the VoxInput page. Website analytics and FormSubmit are website services; they do not process your dictation through this website example. Product licensing and deployment questions can be sent through the product support route.
